2. What data we process

When you use our contact form or our loan application, we process the information you enter (including name, contact details, and information about your financing request) as well as technically necessary data (e.g. IP address for abuse prevention). If you use our live chat, we process the messages you enter as well as an anonymous visitor identifier (cookie) to enable the conversation to continue.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures or the initiation of a contract) as well as to prevent abuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

4. Disclosure to third parties

To arrange suitable financing offers, we pass on the data required for the respective enquiry to our financing partners, provided you have consented to this as part of your loan application. We do not disclose data for other purposes unless we are legally obliged to do so.

We store your data only for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and to fulfil statutory retention obligations.

Our website uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the language setting and the live chat) as well as, where applicable, additional cookies to which you can consent or object via the cookie banner.
